Hiking is a great attraction in the summer. But you can also swim in the Lake "Völser Weiher", play tennis, ride horses, make a climbing course or a mountain-bike tour. Near the " Platzerhof" is an adventure park designed by children. A special attraction is to swim in the Lake "Völser Weiher", a lake located in the Natural Park "Schlern". Otherwise we have a big outdoor swimming pool at "Telfen". There are a lot of sightseeings in Völs, for example the Castle of "Prösels", the Church of Völs and the medieval village. The close cities Bressanone and Bolzano offer mediaeval impressions like the "Ötzi" Museum in Bolzano. The glacier mummy is around 5000 years old.
